崗位職責/職位描述
監(jiān)督西餅房所有出品,以確保出品達到飯店規(guī)定的標準,符合餐飲的食譜程序。監(jiān)督指導西點房各個方面的工作,為員工做好表率,并有效地組織好工作。
Supervise production of all pastry and bakery items, ensure production and consistent quality, within the limits of established policies, procedure of FB recipes, oversee and direct all aspects of Pastry Shop operation, delegate work to his subordinates, organize his work efficiently.

參與酒店運營物資及運營物品庫存盤點,并進行現(xiàn)場檢查。
