Major Responsibility主要工作職責
- Responsible for market development to increase and retain customers.負責市場開發，增加并保留客源。
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue.建立并維護良好的客戶關系以增加銷售額。
- Complete the entire sales process, including sales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparation and signing.完成全程的銷售流程，包括銷售跟蹤，現場勘查，價格談判，合約準備與簽訂。
- Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements.服務客戶，了解需求并盡量滿足客戶的要求。
- Create and participate in various sales events to enhance customer relationships.設計并參與各項銷售活動來增強客戶的關系。
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.準備，分析銷售報表。
Requirements資質需求
- fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities.流利的英文聽、說、讀、寫能力。
- More than 2 years hotel / service apartment sales experience.2年以上酒店/服務公寓銷售工作經驗。
- Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications.良好的人際溝通能力，能有效地進行內/外部溝通。
- Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.較強的團隊協作精神、組織及策劃能力。
- Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE) System.熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系統。
- Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.富有工作熱情，能承受工作壓力 。
