- Grasp the opportunities to maximize sales revenue for Ascott.把握機(jī)遇為雅詩(shī)閣創(chuàng)造最大銷(xiāo)售收益。
Major Responsibility主要工作職責(zé)
- Responsible for market development to increase and retain customers.負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)，增加并保留客源。
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships to increase sales revenue.建立并維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系以增加銷(xiāo)售額。
- Complete the entire sales process, including sales tracking, scene investigation, price negotiations, contract preparation and signing.完成全程的銷(xiāo)售流程，包括銷(xiāo)售跟蹤，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查，價(jià)格談判，合約準(zhǔn)備與簽訂。
- Serve customers, understand their needs and try to satisfy their requirements.服務(wù)客戶(hù)，了解需求并盡量滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的要求。
- Create and participate in various sales events to enhance customer relationships.設(shè)計(jì)并參與各項(xiàng)銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)來(lái)增強(qiáng)客戶(hù)的關(guān)系。
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.準(zhǔn)備，分析銷(xiāo)售報(bào)表。
Requirements資質(zhì)需求
- fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English abilities.流利的英文聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)能力。
- More than 5 years hotel / service apartment sales experience.5年以上酒店/服務(wù)公寓銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- Good interpersonal communication skills to effectively carry out internal / external communications.良好的人際溝通能力，能有效地進(jìn)行內(nèi)/外部溝通。
- Strong team spirit, organization and planning capabilities.較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神、組織及策劃能力。
- Familiar with EXCEL, WORD, ERP (ORACLE) System.熟悉EXCEL, WORD, ERP(ORACLE)系統(tǒng)。
- Full of enthusiasm, can work under pressure.富有工作熱情，能承受工作壓力 。
