Manage the lyf crew and oversee operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for guests

Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
定期對各運營部門進行監查，確保運營部門的正常運行和工作效率

Planning, controlling, and coordinating all functional events organized on property
計劃，管控和協調物業組織的所有活動

Conduct walk-throughs to confirm the building is well maintained and guest areas have an atmosphere that meets or exceeds expectations

Review and update operational procedures when necessary

資質要求：
Degree in Hospitality with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position, OR a Diploma in Hospitality with at least 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality, sales or food & beverage industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
酒店專業本科及以上學位，擁有2年管理經驗；酒店專業大專及以上文憑，有至少3-4年的酒店行業經驗，有銷售或餐飲經驗，其中包含2年的酒店實際管理經驗。

Comfortable working with numbers and financial functions.

Understanding of hospitality financial functions, including revenue management, marketing plans, and budget forecasting is a plus.
