崗位職責/職位描述

Manage the lyf crew and oversee operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for guests

Ensure smooth operation and efficiency of operational departments with regular inspections
定期對各運營部門進行監查,確保運營部門的正常運行和工作效率
?
Planning, controlling, and coordinating all functional events organized on property

Conduct walk-throughs to confirm the building is well maintained and guest areas have an atmosphere that meets or exceeds expectations

Review and update operational procedures when necessary

資質要求:

Degree in Hospitality with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position, OR a Diploma in Hospitality with at least 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality, sales or food & beverage industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.

Comfortable working with numbers and financial functions.
