Supervise the day-to-day human resource task;

? Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B;

? Responsible for training and development;
負責培訓(xùn)和員工發(fā)展規(guī)劃;
? Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people
management skills and knowledge;

? Cooperation with the management staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve
organizational effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions;

? Keep regular communication with rank & file staff, help department/property to identify and resolve

Requirements
資質(zhì)要求
? Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上學(xué)歷;
? More than 5 years relevant HR management experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少
5
年以上在酒店

服務(wù)公寓行業(yè)人力資源管理的工作經(jīng)驗;
? Familiar with regional pay and benefits status, and have a good working experience in the
recruitment of strategic management and training management;
熟悉區(qū)域薪資福利狀況,并在招聘策略管理和培訓(xùn)管理方面有很好的工作經(jīng)驗;
? Familiar with the domestic labor laws;
熟悉國內(nèi)的勞動法規(guī);
? Good Chinese and English communication skills;
良好的中英文溝通能力;
? Can withstand strong working pressure.
