Major Responsibility主要工作職責
? Under the direction of supervisor and food specifications, prepare a variety of food and ensure the quality and safety of the food.
在上級的領導下,按菜式規定,烹制各種菜式,保證出品質量、衛生安全。
? Being familiar with the information concerning the name, source, specification, price, rate and seasonal demand of the food.
熟悉各種原材料的名稱、產地、特點、價格、起成率、淡旺季供應需求等信息。
? Assist the Chief Chef in checking the quality and quantity of the food, report to the supervisor in case of problem.
協助主廚檢查購進貨源的鮮活、質量、數量必須符合要求,發現問題及時向上級匯報。
? Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily sanitation and cleanliness.
負責廚房日常衛生工作。
? In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團的環境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節能和安全操作。
? Ensuring all service guarantees and commitments are met.
