崗位職責/職位描述

·?Responsible for the overall management of reservation process, optimize booking channels, control inventory and pricing, improve booking conversion rate and customer satisfaction, and support the achievement of the revenue goals.

負責酒店預訂全流程的統籌管理,優化預訂渠道、控制庫存與價格,提升預訂轉化率與客戶滿意度,助力酒店營收目標達成。

·?Overall manage the reservation process, including own channels and distribution channels. ensuring accurate order information.

統籌管理物業預訂業務,包括自有渠道與分銷渠道的預訂處理、訂單確認、變更及取消等全流程,確保訂單信息準確無誤。

·?Handle booking-related customer inquiries and complaints, provide solutions for complex booking needs (such as long stays, group bookings, special amenities), and improve customer experience and loyalty.

預訂相關客戶咨詢與投訴,針對復雜預訂需求(如長住、團隊預訂、特殊禮遇)提供個性化解決方案,提升客戶體驗與忠誠度。

·?Strictly implement the reservation policies and compliance requirements, including data security, customer information protection, etc., to avoid operational risks.

嚴格執行集團預訂政策與合規要求,包括數據安全、客戶信息保護等,規避運營風險。

·?Ensure a positive RevPAR and RGI growth for responsible properties.

確保所負責物業每間可售房收入和指數的收益增長。

·?Identify new business opportunities for different market segments.

·?Review business intelligence data to ensure reservation data accuracy and communicate with operations team to minimize reservation errors.

·?Utilize the Revenue Management internal forecast and daily pick-up tools to review pricing strategies and prepare a 3-month market segment outlook.

·?Complete and analyze monthly reports.

·?Provide yield analysis for high demand periods, promotions and campaign activities.

·?Host biweekly revenue meetings (minimal) within the property to identify risks and opportunities for the property for the coming month and 2 months ahead.

資質要求:

2年以上酒店或服務公寓預訂和收益相關工作經驗。

·?Proficient in hotel management software and computer systems.

·?Good?communication?and problem-solving abilities.

良好的溝通和解決問題的能力。
