崗位職責/職位描述
1.Under?the?leadership?of?resident?manager,?be?responsible?for?the?operation?management?and?as?well as the operation management indicators.
在駐店經理領導下，負責公司的運營管理工作，對各項經營管理指標負責。
2. Assist with residence manger in adopt and supervision all existing programs to ensure the smooth implementation of all company policies, regulations and the behaviors.
協助駐店經理運用及監管所有運營程序，確保公司政策和制度以及公司各項行為的順利實施。
3.Coordinate?with?operations?departments?to?achieve?the?revenue?and?expenditure?targets,?and?ensure smooth daily operation of a property
協調運營部門，確保達到財政收支目標，以及物業日常運營工作的順利進行。
4. Assist with residence manager in conduct daily affairs, responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of work assigned by resident manager, as well as timely report to the resident manager.
協助駐店經理日常運營事務的開展，負責駐店經理交辦工作的督辦、協調與落實，并及時向駐店經理進行匯報。
5. Maintain?good?communication?and?coordination?with?all?partners.
保持各合作方的良好溝通和協調。
6. Establish and maintain good customer relationships, including implementing customer strategies to improve guest satisfaction; actively and effectively handling guest feedback and complaints.
建立和維系良好的客戶關系，貫徹包括客服策略，以提高客人滿意度；積極有效的處理客人的反饋和投訴。
7. Be?a?property?manager?on?duty?on?a?regular?basis.
定期擔任物業值班經理。
8. In?compliance?with?the?Ascott?Group's?Environmental?Health?and?Safety?(EHS)?guidelines?and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團的環境健康安全方針政策，日常工作中注意節能和安全操作。
9. Any?other?tasks?assigned?by?residence?manager.
完成駐店經理交辦的其他事宜。
