· 監督酒店賓客服務員的工作。
Supervises the Hosts of the hotel.
· 在酒店經理和總經理不在時,擔任值班經理的職責。
Acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Hotel Managers and General Manager.
· 確保酒店最基本的品牌標準都被貫徹執行。
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
· 培訓和確保賓客服務員按照品牌標準履行其職責。
Trains and develops Hosts to carry out duties to brand standards.
· 以支持和靈活的態度與酒店經理-賓客服務部和其他凱悅員工緊密合作,著眼于整個酒店的成功和酒店客人的滿意度。
Works closely with the Hotel Manager - Guest Services and Hyatt Place associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

· 按照要求維持所有設備和客用品的標準庫存量。
Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies as required.
· 熱誠歡迎所有到達凱悅嘉軒/嘉寓酒店的賓客。
Welcomes all guests to Hyatt Place ensuring a warm welcome.
· 辦理入住和退房程序,包括核對賓客付款細節、上傳客戶資料至公安系統及分配房間。
Performs check in and check out procedures by verifying guest payment details, registering the guest with the Public Security Bureau and assigning a room.
· 幫助每位賓客了解熟悉酒店服務和設施。
Assists each guest to become familiar with the hotel services and amenities.
· 根據所定的程序引領客人入座、接受點菜及為客人服務食品及飲料。
Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
· 確保酒店前場區域時刻保持干凈和整潔。
Ensures the Front of House areas are well maintained and clean and tidy at all times.
· 在每次用餐結束后清理臺面或餐桌并重新擺臺。
Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
· 完全了解房間和餐飲計算機系統。
Fully conversant with all aspects of the Rooms and Food and Beverage Computer Systems.
· 計算賬單并收款。
Computes bill and accepts payment
· 根據需要履行收銀員的職責。
Performs the function of cashier as required.
· 核對收取的現金,確保所收現金是真鈔。
