崗位職責/職位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES職責:
·?Ensuring a warm friendly welcome to clientele at all times.?確保每時每刻熱情的接待客人
·?Ensure professional appearance is always maintained during working time.?確保在工作中時刻保持專業的形象
·?Coordinating guests’ consultation records with the therapists.?協助理療師做好客人的咨詢
·?Responsible for all HC booking correctly with full detail and follow up to execute on time to provide authentic healing journey to all our guests and members.?負責所有養生中心的預定并及時跟進,及時執行,為所有的客人提供真正的療愈之旅
·?Ensuring that all relevant HC staff receive a print outs of their daily schedules.?確保所有養生中心員工都能收到他們的每日工作安排
·?Adhering to agreed reporting system on a timely basis.?及時完成日報表和月報表
·?Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at Healing Center.?為客人提供專業的指導和建議
·?Ensure all HC services are well known (duration, prices, available therapists, contraindications).?確保知道所有的服務情況,包括療程時間,價格,理療師和療程禁忌等
·?Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients.?接聽電話并傳遞給客人正確的信息
·?Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery.?幫助客人完成療程反饋,以提供更好的服務
·?Prepare welcome drink and serve to Guests in waiting area.?在休息區域為客人提供歡迎飲料
·?Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and also alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments.?如果預約取消或者客人沒有按照預約的時間前來都需告知理療師
·?In charge of all billing procedures and the correct reconciliation of funds at the reception desk and at the close of every shift as well as at the end of the day’s work.?負責前臺的收銀,以及在班次的更換和班次結束后做好現金交接和記錄
·?Completing daily opening procedures and checking lists per relevant area.?完成每日開班流程和相關區域的清潔
·?Scheduling reservations for guests and monitoring availability of treatment and staff to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists.?為客人安排預定,并確保理療師的可用情況,以確保可以準確地為客人做預約
·?Organizing schedules to fully utilize time and profitability while ensuring that clients’ needs are of prioritized.?精確地安排理療排鐘,充分利用排鐘創造更大的利潤,同時滿足客人的需求
·?To perform all related job tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.?根據主管的要求完成相關的工作
·?Assisting with administrative duties such as receiving purchasing and inventory reporting.?協助行政類工作,如采購和盤點
