I. Position Responsibilities 崗位職責
- Oversee daily operations of Woobar with innovative service standards監督Woobar日常運營，執行創新服務標準?
- Lead 15+ staff including bartenders and servers through shift scheduling/coaching管理15人以上團隊（含調酒師/服務員），負責排班與培訓?
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining VIP relationship management及時處理客訴，維護VIP客戶關系?
- Manage inventory (liquor/mixers) with 98% accuracy and cost control targets精準管理酒水庫存（誤差≤2%）并實現成本控制目標?
- Collaborate with F&B/Culinary teams for themed event executions與餐飲/廚房團隊協作執行主題派對?
