主要職責

·?Co-ordinate daily operations of the banquet floor to maximize profit and guest satisfaction.

·?Ensure the collection of all payments from all banquet functions, by following the standard payment processing procedures established by the hotel.

·?Submit minutes of monthly communication meetings to the F&B Director. Minutes should include the objective and summary of the meeting as well as specific concerns raised during the meetings
