崗位職責 
Job responsibility
1、完成工程部辦公室分配的任務，保證酒店設施達標。
Complete the tasks assigned to the work of the Office of the Engineering Department to ensure that the standard of hotel facilities.
2、有計劃的開展酒店設施檢查工作，當發現有安全隱患或設施存在問題有可能影響正常運做時必須及時上報。
To carry out the inspection work according with the plan. Up reporting immediately when the security risks or facility problems be found.  
3、按照酒店指導原則，規定和標準程序開展工作，特別要注意與防火和人身安全有關的項目。完成/跟進領導指派的其他工作，參與酒店群內的內部支援。本工作職責并非全部，如有需要將做調整。

Job requirements
1、高中以上文化程度
High school education or above;?
2、持有相關證書
Preferably with relevant certificates
3、掌握專業維修木器，油漆，墻紙，地板和石器技能
Skilled in the repairs of  carpente，paiter，Wallpaper , flooring , and stoneware
4、能夠閱讀圖紙  
Able to read blueprints   
5、熟悉當地建筑條例  
Familiar with the local building regulations
6、至少3年建筑維修經驗或內部裝修經驗
Work experience of Building Maintenance or Interior decoration for 3 years or above
