Job responsibilities?
1.熟悉并拓展本地及周邊縣市旅游資源,重點黃山、宏村等景區(qū),本地賽事、展覽館、體育館、教培資源
Become familiar with and expand local and surrounding county and city tourism resources, focusing on scenic spots such as Huangshan and Hongcun, as well as local sports events, exhibition halls, stadiums, and education and training resources.2.重點突破江浙滬皖、北京、上海的旅行社資源開發(fā),包括研學(xué)、旅行社地接、養(yǎng)老資源開發(fā)
The focus will be on developing travel agency resources in the Yangtze River Delta region (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui), Beijing, and Shanghai, including study tours, local travel agency services, and elderly care resources.3.負(fù)責(zé)酒店與旅行社之間的合作對接,拓展并維護旅行社銷售渠道;
Responsible for liaising between hotels and travel agencies, and expanding and maintaining travel agency sales channels.4.制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略,提升酒店在旅行社渠道的入住率與客戶滿意度;
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy rates and customer satisfaction through travel agency channels.5.協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源,為旅行社客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)支持;
Coordinate internal resources to provide high-quality service support to travel agency clients.6.分析市場動態(tài)及競爭對手情況,提出優(yōu)化建議以提升銷售業(yè)績。
Analyze market dynamics and competitor information, and propose optimization suggestions to improve sales performance.7.負(fù)責(zé)與國內(nèi)/國際旅行社公司建立長期合作關(guān)系,簽訂年度合作協(xié)議。
Responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with domestic and international travel agencies and signing annual cooperation agreements.8.定期拜訪重點客戶,了解市場需求,提供定制化酒店產(chǎn)品方案。
Regularly visit key clients to understand market demands and provide customized hotel product solutions.9.推廣酒店團隊房、會議宴會、長住房等產(chǎn)品,制定有競爭力的價格策略。
Promote hotel group rooms, conference and banquet packages, and long-stay accommodations, and develop competitive pricing strategies.10.跟進團隊預(yù)訂全流程,協(xié)調(diào)前廳、餐飲等部門確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
Follow up on the entire booking process for the group and coordinate with the front desk, food and beverage departments to ensure service quality.11.完成月度/年度銷售指標(biāo),定期分析業(yè)績數(shù)據(jù)并調(diào)整策略。
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets, regularly analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.12.監(jiān)控競爭對手動態(tài),及時提出應(yīng)對方案。
Monitor competitors' activities and propose countermeasures in a timely manner.13.合同與政策管理:擬定旅行社合作協(xié)議。
Contract and Policy Management: Drafting Travel Agency Cooperation Agreements14.參與旅游展會、同業(yè)考察活動,提升酒店在旅行社渠道的曝光度。
Participate in tourism exhibitions and industry peer review events to increase the hotel's exposure through travel agency channels.15.協(xié)助設(shè)計旅行社專屬宣傳物料。
Assist in designing exclusive promotional materials for travel agencies16.定期提交銷售報告,包括客戶開發(fā)進度、市場趨勢分析。
Submit regular sales reports, including customer development progress and market trend analysis.
