1.發(fā)掘身邊有結(jié)婚想法或籌婚中的新人,負(fù)責(zé)接待來(lái)訪婚宴客戶;
Discover the newlyweds around you who have the idea of getting married or raising marriage, and be responsible for the reception of visiting wedding customers
2.了解客戶需求,進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,洽談并簽署婚宴合同,確定并跟進(jìn)自己負(fù)責(zé)的的所有婚宴生意;
Understand customer needs, conduct business negotiations, negotiate and sign wedding contracts, determine and follow up their own wedding business
3.負(fù)責(zé)宴會(huì)和會(huì)議,展示會(huì)等的推銷(xiāo)、預(yù)訂工作;
Responsible for the promotion and reservation of banquet and conference, exhibition, etc
4.執(zhí)行宴會(huì)銷(xiāo)售的市場(chǎng)推銷(xiāo)計(jì)劃并完善宴會(huì)銷(xiāo)售部工作程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定宴會(huì)銷(xiāo)售部規(guī)章制度并指揮實(shí)施;
Develop marketing plan and resume of banquet sales and improve the working procedure and standard of banquet sales department, formulate rules and regulations of banquet sales department and direct the implementation
5.建立改善宴會(huì)日記、客戶合同存檔、宴會(huì)訂單和預(yù)報(bào)單的存檔記錄,使之成為有效的工作程序和管理手段;
Establish and improve the records of banquet diary, client contract filing, banquet order and forecast to make it an effective work procedure and management tool
6.與餐飲部總監(jiān)和行政總廚溝通協(xié)調(diào),共同議定宴會(huì)菜單及價(jià)格;
Coordinate with f&b director and executive chef to determine banquet menu and price
7.定期對(duì)下屬進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估,按獎(jiǎng)懲制度實(shí)施獎(jiǎng)懲,并加強(qiáng)對(duì)員工的培訓(xùn)工作、提高員工素質(zhì)。
Conduct regular performance evaluation on subordinates, implement rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, and strengthen the training of employees and improve their quality
崗位要求 Job?requirements1.具有酒店宴會(huì)銷(xiāo)售崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是婚宴的銷(xiāo)售,能結(jié)合行業(yè)特點(diǎn)開(kāi)展整體市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作,有一定的客戶積累,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
Experience in hotel banquet sales, especially in box banquet sales, able to carry out overall marketing work in combination with industry characteristics, with certain customer accumulation and team spirit
2.對(duì)高檔宴會(huì)的組織及執(zhí)行有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Rich experience in the organization and execution of high-end banquets;
3.具有較強(qiáng)的管理能力、判斷和決策能力、人際溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力;
With strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability;
4.工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),并具有戰(zhàn)略前瞻性思維。
