Assist to administer and manage our associates in emergency situation.

對有嫌疑逃帳的客人，要按照部門指令協助值班經理或相關人員，如有必要可以檢查房間，確定嫌疑者后，有權按照相關指令扣押客人的私人物品。

Assist to check the guest's room who wants to go without paying, once it is true, detain his personal things.

為客人提行李時，指引抵店客人到辦理入住登記的地方。
