崗位職責/職位描述

Ensures the storage of house linen/ uniforms are being done according to the standards and procedure set by the Hotel.

Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability before sending to the user department/ linen room.

Supervises and coordinates the activities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guest and house laundry items.

Strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items.

Ensures the Housekeeping Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.

Reports to Housekeeping Manager of any major problems, discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in garments prior to laundry/ dry cleaning.

Complies with the Hotel’s Policies & Procedures relating to Laundry and Housekeeping.
