Assists in making sure that the hotel is?adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.?

Assists in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.

In charge of? the hotel's recruitment and?selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and?efficient recruitment solutions.?

Maintains strong, professional?relationships with relevant representatives from hotels, business?partners and other organizations, including local schools, hotel schools and?universities.?
