崗位職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)本組市場開發(fā)計劃，制定個人銷售活動計劃。
2.通過開發(fā)新客戶，穩(wěn)定老客戶，以力爭達到所確定的銷售收入目標(biāo)。
3.向銷售部經(jīng)理匯報市場信息，包括本市場狀況、競爭對手情況、客戶反饋意見等。
4.以外出銷售、電話聯(lián)絡(luò)和信函等方式與所轄區(qū)客戶保持高度聯(lián)系。
5.處理客戶的來電、來函。
6.協(xié)調(diào)安排自己所轄客戶在酒店的大型活動及VIP的接待工作。7.熟悉自己客戶分類情況及各客戶的需求特點和主要的競爭對手。
崗位要求
1.有從事酒店前臺、銷售、公關(guān)等部門的工作經(jīng)歷。2具有市場調(diào)查和預(yù)測能力，能及是掌握市場動態(tài)，并能綜合分析，及時地提出相應(yīng)的措施和合理的建議。
3.有較強的語言表達能力，能撰寫市場調(diào)研報告，具有起草工作計劃、總結(jié)及業(yè)務(wù)匯報的能力。
計算機能力：良好年齡要求：22-30歲
