崗位職責
1、確保所有的維修和預防維修計劃都在該班內按時執行。
2、接受，分配并且跟進所有的工作單核維修單。
3、處理技術圖紙，以及備貨的記錄和庫存。
4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保養,確保區域內所有設備的清潔和正常工作。。
5、在保證安全運行和營業格調的前提下，力圖節省能耗，注重環境保護的新概念。
6、督導重要維修及增改工程施工，控制質量與進度。
7、協助外施工單位在本酒店的施工，保證工程質量。
