【崗位職責】
1. To administer the day to day operations of the restaurant outlet in such a manner as to maximize revenues and minimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction, associate welfare.
負責餐廳每天的運營,努力降低成本提高收入,特別是要使顧客滿意、員工滿意.
2.?Preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting?techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
通過回顧和預測的方法,準備部門的年度預算。
3.?Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
精確預計生意情況并有效安排員工和食品。
4.?To ensure the efficient scheduling of management & associates.
確保有效的安排所有人員的排班表。
5.?To ensure the?awareness & enforcement of all Marriott SOP?& Property LSOP.
確保了解和執行萬豪酒店的標準和程序。
6.?Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
確保運營標準周期性的回顧和更新。
7.?Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始終保持部門的安全和衛生達到標準。
8.?Enforce Marriott’s 43-point sanitation checklist by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
執行萬豪的43項衛生清潔標準,每月以該標準對部門進行檢查。
9.?Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.
負責部門固定資產的管理。
10.?Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
做好每月預防性的檢查工作。
11.?Enforce Marriott?Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始終貫徹萬豪熱情好客的原則。
【崗位要求】
1.?Minimum 3 years experience working in restaurant of a??sizeable organization.
至少3年的相似工作經驗,具有一定的組織能力。
2.?Good command of Written and Spoken Mandarin.
流利的普通話。
3.?Good knowledge of Conversational English.
流利的英語。
