【崗位職責】
1. It's responsible for the integrity of the hotel
physical facilities including proper operation, repair, maintenance &
installation of M&E plant, fire & life safety, physical security of the
building, FF&E.
保證酒店設施的完好，包括運做情況，機電系統的維修和安裝情況，防火和人身安全情況，建筑安全情況及固定資產等。
2. To ensure the following policies & procedures are implemented and maintained :

·effective preventive maintenance program高效酒店預防性維護保養程序
·work request ( work order ) program申請維修程序
·Energy conservation program節約能源計劃

·Implement other policies & procedures of Group集團其他標準的執行
3. To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
保證日常運行的準確，高效和準時，并維護機電設備。提供技術支援領導員工進行故障原因分析并進行搶修。
4. Make sure the daily repair request is 100% completely.
確保每日的維修單100%的完成。
5. Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance.
根據每位員工的不同情況合理分派工作，努力提高生產力，不斷完善工作方法和程序。
6. Constantly evaluate the systems, plants operation for modification and improvement.
經常評估系統和設備運行狀況，以便及時調整和改進。
7. To establish priorities of maintenance based on
factors such as importance of equipment/system to business or operation, repair
or replacement cost, safety factor, recent repair history, etc.
根據現實情況優先安排維修計劃，例如對于酒店運做比較重要的設備。維修和需更換花費較多的設備，具有安全隱患的設備和根據最近頻繁故障停機搶修記錄需要優先安排維護的設備等。
8.?To update maintenance tasks, frequencies, labor & material estimates, special conditions, etc.
根據實際情況對維修保養任務表進行調整，包括對工作頻率、人力和材料投入的估計和可能發生的特殊情況的預測等等。
【崗位要求】
1. Min. 5 years' experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, at least 3 years working experience in engineering supervisor, preferably with international hotel chain.
至少5年酒店相關運做經驗，或3年以上工程主管的工作經驗，具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗優先。
2. Good knowledge and hand on skills of operation, repair and maintenance.
良好工程知識和全面掌握設備運行，維修和維護技能。
3. Knowledge of PC、Office、CAD and office application software.
熟練使用電腦Office、CAD和相關軟件。
4. Strong ability to organize, implement and supervise.
具有很強的組織、實施和監督的能力。
