【崗位職責】
1. Provide leadership and direction for the Executive Lounge. Responsibilities include training, motivating and managing the?Executive Lounge?associate keeping guest hospitality as the number one focus.?
領導和指引行政樓層的運作。職責包括培訓、激勵和管理行政樓層的員工將熱情服務客人作為首要的關注點。
2. The manager should ensure that each associate has sufficient resources to perform their job well and constantly seek to improve the methods to meet the guest needs.
行政樓層經理應當確保每位員工都有充足的資源來很好的開展工作，并經常探尋有助改進工作的方法以滿足客人的需要。
3.?Comply with hotels' policies, regulations, and service standards while adhering to local laws and regulations.
遵守酒店的規章制度和服務標準，同時遵守當地的法律法規。
4.?Understands employee and guest satisfaction results
and developing game plans to attack need areas and expand on the strengths.
了解員工和客人的滿意度結果，制定行動計劃，以滿足需求領域并擴大優勢。
5. Assists employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them.
協助員工了解客人的需求做到超越客人需求和期望
6. Publishes all guest satisfaction results in a timely fashion including all guest satisfaction forms, comment cards and guest letters.
及時公布所有賓客滿意度結果，包括所有賓客滿意度表格、意見卡和賓客信件。
7. Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel.
確保迅速、正確記錄與解決客人投訴，盡量避免客人帶著不滿意離開酒店。
【崗位要求】
1. High school diploma or GED.
高中文憑或GED。
2. 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
4年以上賓客服務、前臺或相關專業領域的工作經驗。
3.?Minimum 4 years of relative area work experience; minimum 1 years of management experience.
至少4年相關領域工作經驗；至少1年管理經驗。
