職位描述

【崗位職責(zé)】

1.?Function as primary support to the HRM?including activities in employment, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and associates relations.

在員工活動(dòng)、招聘、福利、工資、員工關(guān)系等方面支持人力資源經(jīng)理。

2.?To check Annual Leave for all associates and make a record of Annual Leave for all associates, and maintain the summary of it so as to provide the information to HRM?monthly or anytime needed.

檢查及更新記錄所有員工年假情況,每月或隨時(shí)提供年假記錄給人力資源經(jīng)理。

3.?To check all the compensation leave and update the situation based on the Leave Application, and make a summary for all the Compensation Leave for all associates in the hotel so that information can be provided any time.

檢查及更新所有員工的假期積累及補(bǔ)休情況,以便隨時(shí)提供假期補(bǔ)休信息。

4.?Follow up with all the Visa Application for all REP associates in the hotel, make sure every of the REP associates’ employment is legal and updated in time.

負(fù)責(zé)酒店所有外籍員工的工作簽證申請(qǐng),確保每一位外籍員工的工作錄用符合國(guó)家法律,同時(shí)及時(shí)更新所有工作簽證。

5.?To administer IPAF for all REP associates’ movement e.g. new hires, resignation, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc.

跟進(jìn)外籍員工人事變動(dòng)表的進(jìn)度,如新聘用、離職、升職、內(nèi)部調(diào)職及開(kāi)除等。

6.?To administer the Human Resources System with all the data base management and coordinate with Finance Department on the payroll-related matters.

管理人力資源系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),與財(cái)務(wù)部協(xié)調(diào)工資事宜。

7.?Assist the?HRM to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.

協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理建立和執(zhí)行酒店的計(jì)劃。

8.?Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.

保證執(zhí)行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。

9.?To assist in conducting employee orientation and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goals.

協(xié)助員工入職培訓(xùn)、參觀酒店及其他培訓(xùn)課程的推廣,以加強(qiáng)積極的公司目標(biāo)。

10.?To be responsible for the administration of all the insurance?and housing fund?schemes for hotel associates as required by the government when the HRM is on leave.

根據(jù)政府要求,在人力資源經(jīng)理休假期間負(fù)責(zé)管理員工保險(xiǎn)及公積金等相關(guān)事宜。

11.?Coordinate activities relating to students trainees such as handling monthly payment, trainee evaluation and organize regular meeting.

協(xié)調(diào)實(shí)習(xí)生的工作,如每月津貼發(fā)放、評(píng)估和定期組織會(huì)議。

12.?Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

根據(jù)公司政策和程序,及時(shí)高效完成各項(xiàng)工作。

13.?Maintain a favorable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

【崗位要求】

1. 4-5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in hotel industry.

4-5年人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有酒店工作經(jīng)歷。

2.?Good knowledge and understanding of labor law and?other related laws.

熟悉勞動(dòng)法及勞動(dòng)雇傭其他相關(guān)法律。

3.?Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.

性格外向容易相處,良好的溝通技巧。

4.?Able to operate computer software program.

能夠操作辦公室軟件。
