1. Provide professional and robust support to the Director of Sales & Marketing to achieve strategic objectives.

4. Achieve revenue targets by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.

制定并執行銷售及市場推廣策略,完成收益目標。

5. Develop alternative plans according to external environmental factors that may affect sales performance.

結合可能影響銷售的外部環境因素,制定多套應對方案。

6. Identify competitive advantages and increase market share by analyzing market changing trends.

根據市場變化趨勢挖掘競爭優勢,提升市場占有率。

7. Analyze market opportunities, set specific goals, and formulate as well as effectively implement relevant strategies and plans.

分析市場機會,設定具體目標,制定并有效落地相關策略與工作計劃。

8. Evaluate market opportunities based on hotel occupancy and conference business performance; assist other departments such as F&B and Public Relations in promoting and launching promotional activities.

9. Monitor and keep abreast of market dynamics and industry trends.

11. Regularly update clients on hotel preferential policies in accordance with customer needs.

12. Design customized sales and marketing solutions for specific customer groups.

13. Manage working time efficiently and rationally.

14. Allocate sales territories and categorize customer segments; effectively pass on time management concepts to sales and banquet team colleagues.

15. Maintain good customer relationships,identify client needs, master service and sales communication skills, and properly follow up on customer feedback.

16. Drive hotel occupancy and revenue growth through training and mentoring the hotel sales team.
