1. Maintain records, filing systems and computer files
負責檔案記錄,文件歸檔體系及電子文檔的維護管理
2. Work and coordinate closely with departmental training coordinator on training arrangement and administration matters.
與部門培訓協調員緊密協作,對接培訓安排及各類行政事務
3. Manage and maintain L&D manager’s schedules.
統籌并維護學習與發展經理的工作日程
4. Manage and maintain training room schedules.
統籌并維護培訓教室使用日程
5. Responsible for the organization and arrangement of new employee induction training; responsible for the reception and service support for external trainers coming to the hotel for training.
負責新員工的入職培訓工作,外請人員來店培訓的服務工作
6.?Responsible for organizing and conducting training for all hotel staff on public foreign languages, professional quality & service awareness, as well as hotel rules and regulations.
負責全酒店員工的語言能力,行業素質意識及酒店規章制度培訓。
7. Prepare expense reports for the Learning and Development Department and follow up to ensure payment received.
編制學習與發展部費用報銷報表,并跟進付款流程直至款項到賬
8. Assist with the preparation of training handouts, training support material other training related matters.
協助制作培訓講義、培訓配套資料及其他培訓相關事務
9. Assist with planning special events.
協助策劃各類專項活動
10. Any and all other duties as may be assigned by Learning and Developing?Manager
