崗位職責/職位描述
1. Planning,execution and optimize the digital marketing campaign on time basis to increase the brand and hotel awareness through digital channel and achieve the goal of each digital channels;
策劃、執行、優化數字營銷活動,通過數字渠道提高品牌和酒店知名度,實現各數字渠道的目標
2. Develop the new digital channel to increase the revenue from potential target market;
開發新的數字渠道,以增加來自潛在目標市場的收入
3.?Leverage digital marketing initiatives to empower the digital channels to achieve the goal;
利用數字營銷舉措,授權數字渠道來實現目標
4.?Work closely with revenue and marketing team to optimize the digital channel performance
與收益和市場團隊密切合作,優化數字渠道表現
5. Closely work with Capella Hotel Group digital distribution and online marketing to support the
brand campaign local execution
與嘉佩樂集團數字分銷及線上營銷部門保持緊密聯系,積極回應與支持集團線上營銷戰役
6.?Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

7.?Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for OTA business from all digital
sources for bookings and leads.
對線上旅行社和其他數字銷售渠道通過電話銷售、訪問、郵寄開展銷售活動。
8. Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and
great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

9.?Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

10.?Assist in conduct training to new staff.

12. Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.

13. To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.

14. Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently

15. Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and
business segment or responsibility.

16. To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary

24. To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each account (including updated
database, production tracking, trends and movement of each account)

25.?To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis.

26.?To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the S&M Manager
