崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. Oversees and manages the daily operations of the Engineering department and ensures that all team members comply with service standards, departmental policies and operating procedures set by the hotel.
監(jiān)督并管理工程部日常運(yùn)營(yíng),確保全體員工嚴(yán)格遵守酒店服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、部門制度及操作流程。
2. Develops and implements energy conservation program for the entire building.
制定并執(zhí)行酒店整體節(jié)能降耗方案。
3. Ensures that all projects are completed according to the necessary specifications and are completed on time.
確保所有工程項(xiàng)目按技術(shù)規(guī)范、按時(shí)完工。
4. Evaluates requisitions for purchase to see if they are necessary.
審核采購(gòu)申請(qǐng),評(píng)估采購(gòu)必要性。
5. Develops and implement solutions to day?to?day operating problems of engineering; refers major problems to superior.
制定并落實(shí)工程部日常運(yùn)營(yíng)問題解決方案,重大問題上報(bào)上級(jí)管理層。
6. Coordinates with departments concerned regarding the repair, maintenance, installation or fabrication of engineering works.
與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)工程維修、保養(yǎng)、安裝及定制施工事宜。
7. Coordinates with outside electric utility company regarding electricity billing demand and other requirements.
對(duì)接外部供電單位,協(xié)調(diào)電費(fèi)、用電負(fù)荷及其他相關(guān)事宜。
8. Conducts as assigned by superior, special studies on operating areas to reduce cost,improve methods and techniques, or simplify work actives.
根據(jù)上級(jí)安排,針對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)節(jié)開展專項(xiàng)調(diào)研,實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效、優(yōu)化技術(shù)工藝、簡(jiǎn)化作業(yè)流程。
9. Responsible for proper operation of physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintenance program and operation schedule.
依據(jù)既定制度、維保計(jì)劃及運(yùn)營(yíng)排期,負(fù)責(zé)酒店所有建筑設(shè)施及工程設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。
10. Responsible for keeping accurate operating logs according to established policy and procedure. Distributes assignment of repair and maintenance work with proper work deployment.
按制度規(guī)范準(zhǔn)確填寫設(shè)備運(yùn)行日志,合理統(tǒng)籌、分配維修保養(yǎng)工作。
11. Resolves any issue or damages and breakdowns within working areas and the hotel to ensure a defect?free facilities and service amenities provided. Denotes all backside of work orders, making remarks on reasons for breakdowns/replacements and ensures proper follow?up until completion.
處理酒店及工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的各類設(shè)施損壞、故障問題,保障設(shè)施配套完好;在維修工單背面?zhèn)渥⒐收?/ 更換原因,全程跟進(jìn)直至問題閉環(huán)。
12. Assists the Director of Engineering by reporting inoperative equipment, progress of work, possible delays, job performance, interest,discipline and progress discrepancy of team members.
協(xié)助工程總監(jiān),上報(bào)故障設(shè)備、工作進(jìn)度、潛在延誤,以及員工工作表現(xiàn)、積極性、紀(jì)律及進(jìn)度偏差情況。
13. Recognizes the importance of LQA and Forbes standards to ensure strict compliance as to deliver stellar audit performance.
充分重視 LQA 及福布斯服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)格對(duì)標(biāo)執(zhí)行,保障質(zhì)檢表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異。
14. Ensure all team members recognizes the importance of LQA and Forbes standards as to deliver excellent audit and service performance.
確保全體員工重視 LQA 及福布斯標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的質(zhì)檢與服務(wù)表現(xiàn)。
15. Responsible for order and cleanliness of engineering areas throughout the Hotel.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店所有工程區(qū)域的整潔與規(guī)范管理。
16. Foster a positive working environment for all team members and check in regularly to ensure team members satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships within the team. Give praises and encouragements for good performances.
營(yíng)造積極的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作氛圍,定期溝通提升員工滿意度,維系良好團(tuán)隊(duì)關(guān)系;對(duì)優(yōu)秀表現(xiàn)予以表彰鼓勵(lì)。
17. Maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications for operational issues, serves as a role model for inter?departmental collaboration and support.
與其他部門保持良好協(xié)作關(guān)系,保障運(yùn)營(yíng)事項(xiàng)高效溝通,樹立跨部門協(xié)作標(biāo)桿。
18. Empower team members to take ownership and responsibility in going beyond to exceed guest expectations. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

21. Review, monitor and control monthly departmental expense support the higher management in Engineering Division budget and forecast report. Provide suggestions and strategies to increase departmental profit generation abilities.
審核、監(jiān)控并管控部門月度費(fèi)用,協(xié)助高層完成工程部預(yù)算及預(yù)測(cè)報(bào)表,制定策略提升部門創(chuàng)收能力。
22. Implement department project initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and upscaling of both department operations and team members’ performance.
落地部門專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目,持續(xù)優(yōu)化部門運(yùn)營(yíng)及員工績(jī)效水平。
