崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. Check various electrical equipment and facilities.
定期檢查各類電氣裝置及設(shè)備。
2.?Read the meter and loading conditions of electricity in fixed time.
完成定時(shí)抄表、負(fù)荷情況。
3.?Maintain various electrical equipment and facilities on the basis of Super’s order.
根據(jù)上級(jí)指示，執(zhí)行對(duì)洗衣房、廚房及給排水系統(tǒng)及各類電氣設(shè)備及裝置之日常預(yù)防保養(yǎng)工作。
4.?Finish the work sheet of different apartment.
完成各部門有關(guān)的施工單。
5.?Check the lights and time-control equipment and adjust in time if it is not right.
查驗(yàn)燈光設(shè)備及時(shí)間控制裝置，并及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)校。
6.?Check the electricity insulates and solid electricity screw of the laundry regularly.
定期查驗(yàn)洗衣房設(shè)備的電氣絕緣及緊固電氣原件螺絲。
7.?Periodically inspect electricity insulates of kitchen equipment.
定期查驗(yàn)廚房設(shè)備電氣絕緣，以及蒸汽閥門、疏水器是否有蒸汽泄漏。
8.?Check the operation of the pump motor.
檢查水泵馬達(dá)的運(yùn)行情況，對(duì)水泵以及機(jī)械設(shè)備如管道支架、基礎(chǔ)等進(jìn)行必要維護(hù)。
9.?Daily check the operation of all equipment and?make relevant records. Especially the kitchen gas pipeline, valves, water hood inspection.
每天巡視各設(shè)備的運(yùn)作，并做好相關(guān)紀(jì)錄。尤其廚房的煤氣管道、閥門、運(yùn)水煙罩檢查。
10. Regularly clean the exhaust pipe and clear the kitchen to clean the grease trap and the hoist way.
定期清洗排油煙管道，以及疏通清理廚房隔油池和井道。
11. Can do the hotel engineering equipment maintenance plan, and emergency treatment plan. And executed.
能夠做好酒店工程設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，以及應(yīng)急處理預(yù)案并執(zhí)行。
