職位:Security Manager / Director 安保經理/總監
崗位職責/職位描述
1. Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Security department. Leading the team in administering Fire & Safety prevention, Crisis and Emergency preparedness programs.
管理并監督安保部日常運營,帶領團隊落實消防安全防范、危機及應急處置預案。
2. Lead the hotel’s Risk Committee meetings in ensuring continuous improvement and an up?to?date risk and crisis management policies and procedures.
主持酒店風險委員會會議,持續優化并更新風險與危機管理制度及流程。
3. Plan and conduct fire safety, emergency exercises, fire hazard and risk management assessments on a timely basis.
按時策劃并開展消防安全、應急演練、火災隱患及風險管理評估工作。
4. Monitor and coach all team members on all the safety and security procedures. Ensures strict compliance and advise on the consequences should they fail to comply.
監督并指導全體員工落實各項安保流程,確保嚴格合規,并告知違規后果。
5. Coaches and mentors team members on the hotel’s Crisis & Emergency and Fire & Life Safety policies and procedures.
指導員工熟悉酒店危機應急、消防安全相關制度與操作流程。
6. Build and maintain strong network and relations with the local emergency, law and enforcement authorities.
建立并維護與當地應急、公安及執法部門的良好關系。
7. Communicates and maintains strong working relationships with other departments to ensure effective communications and support in making sure that safety is of highest priority and that it is a collaborative effort.
與各部門保持高效溝通協作,將安全放在首位,推動全員聯防聯控。
8. Focuses on ensuring guests, owner and colleagues Fire & Life Safety satisfaction while achieving the operating P&L /budget.
在達成經營損益及預算目標的同時,保障賓客、業主及員工的生命與消防安全。
9. Implements and enforces "Emergency & Crisis Management Plan" procedures to ensure that all areas are Safe & Secure and that all colleagues are vigilant in reporting incidents and or suspicious situations timely.
執行并落實《應急與危機管理預案》,保障全域安全,督促員工及時上報突發事件及可疑情況。
10. Ensures that all hotel personnel including guests comply with the hotel’s policies, local laws and regulations relating to safety and security.
確保酒店全體人員及賓客遵守酒店安保制度與當地相關法律法規。
11. Implements Visitors and Contractors permit and security check procedures, as well as loss and prevention guidelines of the hotel.
執行訪客、承包商準入許可及安檢流程,落實酒店防損規范。
12. Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for Fire Alarm System, Emergency Public Announcement Systems, Key Control, CCTV equipment, Access doors, Patrolling and Life Saving to ensure that they are fully functional.
制定并核查消防報警系統、應急廣播系統、鑰匙管控、監控設備、門禁、巡邏及救生設施的日 / 周 / 月檢查表,確保設備正常運轉。
13. Plan patrols schedule and ensures that all internal and external areas of the hotels are well covered.
規劃巡邏排班,確保酒店內外區域全覆蓋。
14. Monitors and follows up on an unusual or a criminal activity in and around the hotel that would impair the well?being of guests,colleagues and third parties.
監控并跟進酒店內外異常及違法活動,保障賓客、員工及第三方人身安全。
15. Supports, manages and handles all Fire and Life Safety complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, as well as colleague's disciplinary should such occasion arise.
處理各類消防安全相關投訴、糾紛與矛盾,必要時開展員工紀律管理。
16. Report any issues or damages to the relevant department to ensure defect?free facilities and service amenities within the hotel.
及時上報設施故障、損壞問題,保障酒店設施設備完好。
17. Monitor and conduct performance review for all team members and provide timely feedback for improvements and praises as due.
監督并開展員工績效評估,及時給予改進建議與表彰。
18. Participate in recruitment activities such as?interviewing new talents for the departments and succession planning.
參與部門人才招聘、面試及人才繼任計劃搭建。
19. Take ownership of individual’s growth and be involved in career progression and succession planning of team members.
負責員工個人發展,參與員工職業規劃及繼任者培養。
20. Maintain an image of professional senior management to all guests, team members and the hotel.
面向賓客、員工及酒店樹立專業高級管理人員形象。
