崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1、Possess knowledge of operation, maintenance, and management of system equipment such as power distribution, boilers, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
具有配電、鍋爐、暖通等系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的操作維護(hù)和管理知識(shí)。
2、Have a profound understanding of the layout and functions of hotel electromechanical engineering equipment, building facilities, etc., and possess strong emergency management capabilities.
對酒店機(jī)電工程設(shè)備、建筑設(shè)備等布局功能有較深的了解和較強(qiáng)的應(yīng)急管理能力.
3、To provide supervision and guidance and on the job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure that it is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptable quality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and work request)for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy and completeness.
管理和指導(dǎo)在崗培訓(xùn)，檢查工作程序以便保證工作按時(shí)和保質(zhì)保量的完成。經(jīng)常回顧和檢查已經(jīng)完成的工作（預(yù)防性維護(hù)和維修）及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不足，以便跟進(jìn)落實(shí)和完成。
4、Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
有機(jī)械或電力專業(yè)證書或相關(guān)學(xué)歷。
5、Sound judgment, and strong decision-making, problem-solving and follow up
skills?
