§? Establishes and maintains strong relationships withthe established clientele and constantly explores newbusiness opportunities.

§? Liaisesand works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guestsrequests and expectations are being met.

§? Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteousand efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.? If no immediate solution can be found, toensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
