【崗位職責】
數字市場推廣負責深圳柏悅酒店數字媒體和電子商務活動的策略和執行。該職位將通過開發數字營銷和電子商務計劃來支持酒店營銷。數字營銷工作將包括:搜索引擎營銷,移動營銷,展示廣告,電子郵件營銷和協助社交媒體規劃。
輔助酒店市場營銷策略的執行(目標、策略和行動)。
提高在線客戶市場(線上)份額的收益,與市場傳訊經理和收益部溝通以確保營銷計劃的順利實行。這包括但不限于客房收入,宴會收入, 餐廳收入等。
在線市場團進行逐月和季度分析包括:各個市場渠道的表現,回報結果分析,以實現最大化提高各個市場渠道的推廣效果。渠道包括但不限于集團/酒店自營的,第三方的,付費,免費等。
在線平臺的維護與運營,包括但不限于微信、微博、微信商城、大眾點評、攜程等。也需負責線下旅行社散客業務,確保在線和線下渠道都可以平衡健康發展,使酒店利益最大化。

[Job Description]
The Digital Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital media and ecommerce activity for Park Hyatt Shenzhen. This position will support hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and Ecommerce programs. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing, mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing and assisting with social media planning.?
Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales and Marketing Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).
Create marketing plans for hotel to drive revenue across all online customers segments (leisure travel), and work with the property Marketing Communications Manager and Revenue Management to ensure a smooth execution. Revenue includes but not limited to rooms, banquet, F&B venue, etc.
To provide monthly and quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels, along with return on investment statistics. Maximize and optimize the performance of all online marketing channels based on these results. Channels include but not limited to corporate / hotel owned, third parties, free, paid, etc.
Maintenance and operation of the online platform, including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, WeChat Mall, Public Comment, Ctrip and etc. Also responsible for the offline wholesale business to ensure both online and offline business can develop with parity to maximize hotel’s profitability.
