【工作職責(zé)】
協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備人力資源部年度經(jīng)營計(jì)劃,確保部門目標(biāo)與酒店目標(biāo)和員工的需要保持一致。
與人力資源部總監(jiān)密切合作準(zhǔn)備和定期更新人力資源部運(yùn)營預(yù)算,確保達(dá)到預(yù)算并且有效的控制成本。
準(zhǔn)備員工流動(dòng)率和缺勤報(bào)告,為減小員工缺勤和流動(dòng)向人力資源總監(jiān)提出建議。
積極參與酒店招聘和選擇包括本地部門經(jīng)理職位的人員。
編寫每月人力資源報(bào)告和人員配備報(bào)告,確保酒店的員工水平,職別和組織結(jié)構(gòu)符合酒店預(yù)算和工資目標(biāo)。
協(xié)助酒店工資和生產(chǎn)力目標(biāo)的管理。
對(duì)人力市場薪酬進(jìn)行調(diào)查,提供相關(guān)具有競爭力的薪酬和福利的建議。
招聘,遴選,激勵(lì)和發(fā)展人力資源部員工遵循營運(yùn),財(cái)務(wù),行政體系工作并且確保員工具備多樣技能和完成不同的任務(wù)。
開展年度表現(xiàn)發(fā)展管理,提供公正和正確的反饋。
對(duì)有關(guān)員工的法律法規(guī)和勞資關(guān)系具備豐富的知識(shí),理解并且嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行員工手冊(cè)的規(guī)章制度和酒店確定的消防,衛(wèi)生和安全健康的政策。

[Job Description]
?Assists with the preparation of the annual Human Resources Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of employees.
Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Human Resources Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Director of Human Resources, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
Prepares turnover and absenteeism reports and recommends to Director of Human Resources procedures to reduce high absenteeism and turnover.
Manages the Hotel’s recruitment and selection activities up to and including all local National Department Head positions.
Produces on monthly basis the Human Resources Report and Manning Report and ensures the Hotel adheres to approved staffing levels, job titles and organisation structure in accordance with hotel budget and payroll objectives.
Assists in the management of hotel Payroll and Productivity goals.?
Conducts Remuneration Survey within labour market to determine and make recommendations relating to competitive compensation and benefits packaging.
Recruits, selects, motivates and develops Human Resources employees to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and ensuring all employees become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.
Conducts annual Performance Development, providing honest and appropriate feedback.
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
