Job Description 崗位職責：
1. Greets guests and processes hotel registration. 問候賓客為其辦理登記
2. Develop good open communication and rapport with all guests.? Recognise return guests and ensure all guests expectations are met and exceeded at all times. 與賓客建立良好關系，能識別常客并達到和超越賓客期望
3.Ensure all guest account details are correct and accurate. 確保賓客的賬目的準確性
4. Keeps current on hotel accommodations, services and area attractions. 維持酒店的客房，服務等
5. Responds to customer inquiries for information. 反饋賓客的問詢
6.Arranges for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate. 賓客或其他部門有需求時提供協助
Job Requirement 崗位要求：
1. One year front office experience is preferred 一年以上前廳部工作經驗優先
2.High school diploma required 高中以上學歷
3.Strong computer systems skills? 熟悉電腦操作系統
4.Excellent communication skills 良好溝通技巧
5.Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers? 能有效地與酒店同事及經理溝通
6.Ability to work a flexible schedule 愿意倒班
