Job Description 崗位職責：
1.Assist the Duty Engineer with general hotel and building minor maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard? which meets the needs and expectations of your customers.?
協助 值班工程師處理酒店日常維修事宜，確保高標準完成工作，并達到客人的期望及需要。
2.Strictly obey concerned regime regulations and carry out each operation procedure strictly to prevent accident.
嚴格遵守酒店各項紀律制度，當班時要嚴格執行各項操作規程，防止事故發生。
3.Correctly use the protective equipment and ensure the cleanness of construction site.
正確使用勞動保護用品，保證施工現場的整潔。
4. Correctly use the electric equipment and ensure the life safety.
正確使用各種電動工具，確保人身安全。
5.Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language
保持一個高標準的個人衛生, 衣著, 制服和身體語言。
6.Wear proper uniform when enter the guest room, office, apartment to maintenance. Enter the guest room must be accompanied with the waiter and ask the waiter to sign on the maintenance form when finish.?
進入客房、辦公室、公寓維修，要服飾整潔、禮貌、端正，進客房一定要由服務員陪同，當工作完畢成后，請服務員在維修單上簽字。
7.To assist the repair, renovation and updating work of? hotel walls, ceilings, painting, flooring, carpets .
協助酒店墻面、天花、噴涂、地板、地毯等的修補、翻新和更新工作。
8. To assist the repair, paint, renovation and small production of hotel variety of decorations, screens, counters, sofas, tables and chairs, wooden furniture
協助酒店各種裝飾品、屏風、柜臺、沙發、桌椅、木制家具的修理、油漆、翻新和小量制作。
9.To assist the repair of all kinds of door lock.
協助各類門鎖的修理。
10. To assist the repair, changing of hotel marble ceramic, wall, floor, glass, mirrors?
協助酒店的大理石瓷磚墻面、地面、玻璃、鏡面等的修補、換新工作。
11.Pay attention to the clean work of maintain room, to do a good job of fire protection.
注意維修間的整理衛生，做好消防安全工作。
12.Actively assisted the work of conditioning, M&E and Plumbing, High or Low Voltage technician team.積極配合協助空調、機管、強弱電班組工作。
13. Accept other assignments instructed by supervisor & duty engineer from time to time.
隨時接受部門領導，值班工程師安排的其他工作。
