·????????Oversee the implementation oflinen room standards and procedures
·????????監督布巾房各項標準和工作程序的執行 。
·????????Recommended changes to thesestandards and training needs on an ongoing basis
·????????就這些標準和培訓需求提供持續性的改進建議。
·????????Maintain a current and thoroughknowledge of all linen room systems
·????????熟知布巾房系統最新和最全的信息。
·????????Open and close the shift andensure effective shift hand over
·????????負責管理接班和交班工作,以確保交接班過程的有效進行 。
·????????Distribution and collection ofkeys
·????????分發和收集鑰匙。
·????????Management of all incoming andoutgoing calls to Linen Department
·????????處理布巾部所有呼入和呼出的電話。
·????????Solve employee grievances
·????????解決員工受到的不公正待遇問題。
·????????Direct task allocations andchange according to volume and peak periods
·????????依據工作量和高峰期等因素對工作進行分配及變更。
·????????Perform quality inspections
·????????進行質量檢查。
·????????Prioritize VIP or difficultguests
