Establish and drive the execution of the yearly Business Plan annually together with General Manager
Respect and develop the Sales & Marketing policies and procedures of the hotel in line with AccorHotels.
Hunts for new business sources, customers and constantly improve strategies to outsmart the market changes.
Keep good relations with social media, network media and digitally savvy.
Budgeting and monthly forecasting to be as accurate as within +/-5%
Work closely with Director of Revenue Management and Reservation Manager to maximizes the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems involved with both group and individual business.
