1.監(jiān)督競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的活動(dòng)并協(xié)助監(jiān)察市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)。
2.根據(jù)在銷售策略中既定目標(biāo),向新的、現(xiàn)有的、潛在客戶進(jìn)行銷售,并與其談判商定最適合的價(jià)格以爭(zhēng)取利潤(rùn)。
3.設(shè)立和保持定期的銷售拜訪模式,與目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的主要人物會(huì)面。
4.根據(jù)酒店的營(yíng)業(yè)需要,與業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系人、會(huì)務(wù)策劃者、游客和會(huì)展局、旅行社、旅游運(yùn)營(yíng)商、航空公司、公司客戶、政府部門和其它客人發(fā)展并保持聯(lián)系。
5.通過參與當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)的各種活動(dòng)在當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)上樹立良好形象。
1.Monitors competitors’ activities and assists in marketing intelligence.
2.Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
3.Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
4.Develops and maintains contactwith business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/conventionbureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, GovernmentDepartments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.
5.Builds profile within localmarket place through attendance at various events and local market place.
