Under the general guidance and supervision of the People Service Manager, the People
Acquisition Manager is responsible for hotel talent import and daily recruitment work.
在人事服務(wù)經(jīng)理的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理下，人事招聘經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)酒店人才引進(jìn)與招聘工作。
Review personnel policies, procedures and practice.??Recommend changes, modification or up-dated information to the People Service Manager.
研究有關(guān)人事方面的政策規(guī)定以及相關(guān)操作程序與慣例。如有改動、變更或其他規(guī)定，及時向人事服務(wù)經(jīng)理匯報。
Assist with other salary and welfare work in the hotel.
協(xié)助完成酒店其他薪資福利工作。
