工作職責：1.處理日常的入住、退房、預定及接待工作。2.確保正確處理開票和行政工作，包括審查和歸檔工作報告。3.在日常工作及對客戶服務中體現良好的公司及個人專業形象，保持與物業合作方的良好溝通和協調。4.妥善和及時處理客戶的要求、詢問和投訴。如有需要，及時向上級匯報。5.確保并遵守雅詩閣相關的政策、程序和標準。6.積極與團隊配合完成日常工作。7.遵守集團的環境健康安全方針政策，日常工作中注意節能和安全操作。8.領導交辦的其他工作。任職資格：1.大專以上學歷，酒店管理、旅游類或者語言類專業畢業；2.有相關工作經驗者優先；3.良好的溝通能力，具備良好的英語或（日語/韓語）口語能力；4.良好的儀容儀表；5.可接受輪班工作制。
