工作職責(zé)：1.處理日常的入住、退房、預(yù)定及接待工作。2.確保正確處理開(kāi)票和行政工作，包括審查和歸檔工作報(bào)告。3.在日常工作及對(duì)客戶(hù)服務(wù)中體現(xiàn)良好的公司及個(gè)人專(zhuān)業(yè)形象，保持與物業(yè)合作方的良好溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。4.妥善和及時(shí)處理客戶(hù)的要求、詢(xún)問(wèn)和投訴。如有需要，及時(shí)向上級(jí)匯報(bào)。5.確保并遵守雅詩(shī)閣相關(guān)的政策、程序和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。6.積極與團(tuán)隊(duì)配合完成日常工作。7.遵守集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策，日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。8.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。任職資格：1.大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，酒店管理、旅游類(lèi)或者語(yǔ)言類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)；2.有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；3.良好的溝通能力，具備良好的英語(yǔ)或（日語(yǔ)/韓語(yǔ)）口語(yǔ)能力；4.良好的儀容儀表；5.可接受輪班工作制。
