3.向供應商下訂單,確保及時交貨以滿足飯店需求, 追蹤未完成項目, 催促交貨以滿足營運需要
Placing orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to satisfy hotel requirement and trace the outstanding orders to ensure operational needs are meet.
