主要職責：

全面負責環球影城大酒店的餐飲運營管理工作，主要職責包括但不限于：
Be fully responsible for the operation and management of Food & Beverage of The Universal Studios Grand Hotel. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The department is driven in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
-??以成本效益為導向領導餐廳運營，確保廚房持續提供高品質的出品；與餐飲服務團隊和廚房團隊進行績效分析，并推動高額營收與利潤增長。
Lead restaurant operations with a focus on cost efficiency, ensure Culinary team constantly deliver high quality products; conduct performance analysis with Food & Beverage service team and Culinary team and drive significant revenue and profit growth.
-??管理客戶服務的發展和實施策略，使用給定的定量工具監控并不斷提高質量和客戶滿意度，并尋找機會不斷改善對客服務。
Manage the development and implementation of guest service strategies.?Monitor and?constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction with the given?measurement?tools and seek?opportunities to continually improve guest service.
-??維持高水平的產品和服務知識儲備，以向客人展示和銷售服務。
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to explain and sell services and? facilities to guests to manage the sales and promotion of products and service.
-??協同財務部門準備/合并部門的年度預算，負責部門的盈利及損失。
Prepare/consolidate the yearly budget for the division in cooperation with the Finance?Department and be responsible for the profit and loss performance for the division.
-??協同市場部，為餐飲部制定年度營銷計劃，包括競爭對手分析和全球趨勢分析，推進酒店餐飲運營和主題活動策劃。
Prepare a yearly marketing plan for the division in cooperation with the Sales?& Marketing Department including competitor analysis and a revision of global trends, and develop the hotel's Food & Beverage events.
-??確保餐飲服務團隊和廚房團隊都充分了解市場需求和趨勢，鼓勵，培育，收集和實施創新和新思想，并確保其產品和服務滿足市場需求。
Ensure that Food & Beverage service team and Culinary team are fully aware of market needs and?trends,? innovation and new ideas are?encouraged,?fostered, collected and implemented，and that their product and service meet the demands.
-??嚴格遵守并執行所有與酒店運營相關的法律法規、行業規范及內部規章制度，包括但不限于酒店的防火安全政策、食品安全管理標準、知識產權（IP）保護規范、信息安全與數據隱私政策，以及品牌運營的各項標準與流程，確保酒店運營的合規性、安全性與品牌一致性。
Strictly abide by and implement all laws, regulations, industry standards and internal rules and procedures related to hotel operations,?including but not limited to the hotel's policy on fire and safety, food safety management standards, intellectual property (IP) protection regulations, information security and data privacy policies, as well as all brand operation standards and procedures, to ensure the compliance, safety and brand consistency of hotel operations.
-??與人力資源部合作，識別符合公司值觀的內外部人才，并通過培訓和在職指導支持職業發展。
Identify internal and external talents that match the company’s values and support career development by training and on-the-job guidance, in conjunction with Human Resources Department.
-??作為酒店行政管理委員會的核心成員，在總經理缺席或授權的情況下，全權代表總經理行使管理職責，確保整個酒店的正常運轉及賓客滿意度。
As a core member of the hotel's Executive Committee, be fully in charge of hotel management on behalf of General Manager in the absence or with the authorization of General Manager to ensure smooth operation of the entire hotel and guest satisfaction.
任職要求：
Qualifications：
-? 任國際品牌酒店同等或相似崗位經驗不少于2年?
? At least 2 years' experience in same or similar position in international brand hotels
-? 具備北京市場酒店及度假型酒店工作經驗更佳?
? Working experience in Beijing Market and resort hotels is preferred
-? 具備分析數據并制定合適市場銷售策略的能力
? Ability to analyze data and establish appropriate sales and marketing strategies
-? 具備管理酒店目標的領導力
? With?leadership in managing the goals and objectives of the hotel
-? 具備在跨國環境中工作和溝通的能力
? Ability to work and communicate in an international environment
-? 良好的溝通技能和較強的抗壓能力
? Good communication skill and be able to take work pressure
