友善、有效地解決顧客和員工的問題，對于他們的投訴和提出的問題如不能當時解決，應匯報給上級，并迅速跟進及時反饋結果。

Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

維修，保養和工程設備操作工作要與部門要求相一致。

Execute the repair, maintenance and engineering operations according to the departmental standards.

避免潛在危險的發生，遵從當地法律和法規。

Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.

確保所有工作區域干凈整潔，在進行維護、維修的時候做好周邊保護工作。

Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.

具備社會認可并頒發的培訓或相關資格證件，可勝任并自愿地執行綜合維修的工作安排，（例如，土建工程師可以更換燈泡或者機電工程師可以做給墻涮漆的工作）。

Accepts and is willing to perform General Maintenance Activities outside of the original Routine Scope of Trade Training (i.e. A Civil Engineer who is willing to change a light bulb, or a MEP Engineer willing to paint a wall).

參加必要的培訓和例會。

Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.

完成其他合理分配的職責和任務。

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
