?Sell to new, existing, and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根據在銷售策略中既定目標，向新的、現有的、有可能的客戶進行銷售，并與其談判商定最適合的價格以爭取更高的利潤。
?Sell all facets and products of the hotel.
銷售酒店的所有設施和產品。
?Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
開發并保持定期的銷售拜訪，與目標市場主要聯系人保持良好溝通。
?Responsible for the promotion and booking of banquets etc.
全面負責宴會推銷、預訂工作。
?Formulated the marketing plan of banquet sales, improved the working procedures and standards of banquet sales department, formulated and directed the implementation of banquet sales rules and regulations.
制定宴會銷售的市場推銷計劃、并完善宴會銷售部工作程序和標準，制定宴會銷售規章制度并指揮實施。
?Build image within local marketplace through attending events.
通過參與當地市場的各種活動在市場上樹立良好形象。
?Entertain clients.
招待客戶。
?Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
計劃并帶領客人參觀酒店環境。
?Conduct regular telemarketing and sales blitz to develop new account as well as maintaining existing accounts.
定期電話營銷以及集中大規模陌生拜訪用以發展新客戶和維護已有客戶。
【崗位要求】
?University Degree in related subjects preferred.
大學學歷，相關專業畢業。
?With experience in hotel banquet sales, able to carry out the overall marketing work according to the characteristics of the industry, have a certain accumulation of customers and team spirit.
具有酒店宴會銷售崗位工作經驗，能結合行業特點開展整體市場營銷工作，有一定的客戶積累，團隊合作精神。
?Rich experience in the organization and execution of high-end banquets.
對高端宴會的組織及執行有豐富的經驗。
?Have strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
具有較強的管理能力、判斷和決策能力、人際溝通協調能力、計劃與執行能力。
