【崗位職責】
?Analyse training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the GM and Executive Committee for review.

?Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are being achieved.

?Keep all hotel training records and make sure the records are in order.
保持酒店培訓的記錄。
?Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development.
建立培訓資料庫,收集書籍、錄影、等資料以協助培訓員進行培訓課程并為員工的自我開發創造條件。
?Consolidate materials received for editing and translation purpose.
翻譯和編輯收到的材料。
?Update training records, and all the files in training office.
維護更新所有培訓資料檔案及培訓記錄。
?Manage the booking and usage of the training room.
管理培訓教室的預定及使用。
?Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.
設計、創建并實施培訓課程以結合部門特殊的需求。保證培訓計劃的結構性和有效性。
?Attend departmental training session and critique performance.
參加部門培訓課程并評估表現。
?Use Artyzen benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. E.g.: CAPS, GSI, and achievement of budget, etc.
使用雅辰衡量標準監督培訓課程的成功并適時地修改。達到預算等目標。
?Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
幫助部門培訓員準備并實施部門培訓并相應地評估結果。
?Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training.
獲得培訓專職人員的聯系網絡,以幫助培訓課程的實施。
?Liaise with other Artyzen Training & Development Managers to share experiences and resources.
與其他雅辰培訓與發展經理交流經驗和資源。
?Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses.
與教育機構合作實施服務業培訓課程。
?Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials.
保持更新信息并記錄培訓資源和資料供應商。
?Delivers briefings of all internal programmes to executive management and department heads.
為管理層和部門經理傳達所有內部培訓項目的簡述。
?Observe in-house training and provide timely feedback and constructive suggestion to Head of Human Resources.
旁聽檢查店內培訓課程,并及時向人力資源部總監提供反饋和具有建設性的意見。
?Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
教練、提供咨詢并紀律約束員工,提供建設性的反饋以提高表現。
?Promote and facilitate cross training to make” Multi-task and Multi-skill” come true.
提倡交叉培訓實現“多任務,多技能”。
?Maintain hotel information on staff bulletin board every month; update as when required.
每月維護員工布告欄上的酒店信息,必要時做出更新。
?Plan and implement staff activities, such as team building, outing etc.
負責各項員工活動的規劃及實施,如團隊建設、出游等。
?Handle employee benefits related issues, such as the purchasing and distribution of festival gifts, etc.
負責員工福利項目,如節假日禮物的購買與發放等。
?Direct and supervise repairs of any disorders or breakdown in HR Office.
監督、管理人力資源部辦公日常物品的維護工作。
?Take the responsibility of HR fixed asset management, including purchasing, storage, maintenance, inventory etc.
負責人力資源部固定資產管理, 包括采購、儲存、維修、盤點等。
?Be responsible for company Library management.
負責公司圖書館管理。
?Be responsible for locker room and locker management.
負責公司員工更衣室及更衣柜的管理。
?Be responsible for company suggestion box management.
負責公司意見箱管理。
?Assist Department Head to decorate the back of house to create Artyzen Habitat culture.
協助部門負責人裝飾員工后區并創建雅辰悅居文化。
?Implement Employment Satisfaction Survey as when required.
按要求進行員工滿意度調查。
?According to the green hotel requirements to work to save energy and reduce wasting.
嚴格按照綠色酒店標準完成工作,節約能源,減少能耗。
?Arrange the training about green hotel standards timely and make sure all the working produce are in green ways.
定期對員工進行綠色酒店相關知識培訓,并確保工作流程符合綠色環保標準。
【崗位要求】
?Have more than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
有相同崗位工作經驗3年以上。
?Be familiar with the job training procedures.
熟悉崗位培訓工作程序。
?Understand the service work norms and quality standards for hotel staff.
了解酒店員工的服務工作規范和質量標準的要求。
?Possess good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的溝通能力和協調能力。
?Have strong comprehensive writing and oral expression abilities.
具有較強的文字綜合能力和口頭表達能力。
?Be proficient in operating computers.
能熟練操作計算機。
