【崗位職責】
1、全面負責各酒店財務管理工作，包括預算編制、成本控制、資金管理等；
2、監督并審核財務報表，確保財務數據的準確性和及時性；
3、制定和完善財務管理制度，優化財務流程，提高財務管理效率；
4、負責稅務籌劃及申報工作，確保合規性并降低稅務風險；
5、協調與銀行、稅務、審計等外部機構的關系，維護良好的合作關系；
6、參與各酒店經營決策，提供財務分析和建議，支持管理層制定戰略規劃；
7、監督并指導財務團隊日常工作，提升團隊專業能力。
【崗位要求】
1、具備扎實的財務專業知識，熟悉會計準則及相關法律法規；
2、具備較強的財務分析能力和風險控制意識；
3、能夠獨立完成財務預算、核算及報表編制工作；
4、具備良好的溝通協調能力，能夠高效處理內外部財務事務；
5、具備團隊管理經驗，能夠帶領財務團隊完成目標；
6、工作細致嚴謹，責任心強，能夠承受一定的工作壓力。
