【崗位職責(zé)】
1、負(fù)責(zé)酒店市場(chǎng)銷售部的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)與管理，制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略，確保完成年度銷售目標(biāo)；
2、開拓和維護(hù)客戶資源，建立穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，提升酒店市場(chǎng)份額；
3、分析市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況，及時(shí)調(diào)整銷售策略，優(yōu)化銷售方案；
4、統(tǒng)籌市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)，包括線上線下渠道的策劃與執(zhí)行，提升品牌影響力；
5、協(xié)調(diào)與其他部門的合作，確保銷售政策和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性；
6、定期提交銷售數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告，評(píng)估銷售業(yè)績(jī)并提出改進(jìn)建議；
7、帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo)，提供專業(yè)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體能力。
