崗位職責/職位描述
崗位職責:
1.負責咖啡廳( 明檔)中式熱菜成品的烹制,根據食品的不同風味嚴格進行多樣化烹制,保證菜肴的質量。
Responsible for cooking hot dishes of All Day Dining Restaurant, strictly diversified cooking according to different flavors of food, to ensure the quality of dishes.
2.協助廚師長控制每日申請單和廚房內部轉貨單。
Assist the Chef to control daily requisition and internal transfer.
3.按照員工的知識和技能標準分配和指派任務。
Assign and assign tasks according to employee knowledge and skill standards.
4.負責熱菜部分食品原材料的采購下單與庫存管理工作。
Responsible for hot food raw material purchase order and inventory management.
5.負責廚房熱菜部分設備與用具的維護、清潔與保養工作;
Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of the hot dish equipment and utensils in the kitchen;
