崗位職責
1、 負責酒吧的日常經營;
Responsible for the daily operation of the bar;
2、建立、健全酒吧的各項管理制度和工作規范；
Establish and improve the bar's various management systems and working standards;
3、為酒吧的運作提出合理化建議；
Make reasonable suggestions for the operation of the bar;
4、組織完成酒吧各項經營計劃；
Organize and complete various business plans of the bar;
5、檢查運營情況，督導、落實各項規章制度和工作規范，發現問題及時予以解決；
Check the operation situation, supervise and implement the rules and regulations and work norms, find problems to solve in time;
6、督促員工做好會所所有設施設備的日常保養；
Supervise staff to maintain all facilities and equipment in the club; 7、審核各種物品的申領，并控制成本；
Review the application of various items, and control the cost;
8、實施培訓，提高員工自身素質和工作技能；及時處理客訴、了解客人對酒吧的建議，不斷改進服務
Conduct training to improve staff's quality and work skills; Deal with customers' complaints and suggestions to the bar in time and improve service continuously
崗位要求
?1、了解酒水相關知識；

2、熟悉高端酒吧運營管理和服務標準及工作流程；

3、有較高的處理突發事件的應變能力及對客溝通能力；
